The Importance of Qur’aan Memorization (Hifz)
Memorizing the Holy Qur’aan is a noble and timeless pursuit. When a student commits verses of Qur’aan to their heart, they connect deeply with the words of Allah, making the Qur’aan a guiding light throughout life. Through Hifz, learners not only preserve the Qur’aan but also internalize its teachings, which helps them develop strong moral values, discipline and spiritual resilience.
But we don’t stop at memorization — we pair this sacred journey with proper tajweed (recitation rules) and reflection on meaning, helping students recite with beauty and understand the guidance of the Qur’aan.
